Despite some noise disturbances in the rooms, the hotel overall offers a pleasant experience with its modern amenities. The computerized key system is convenient, but room readiness can be improved for better customer satisfaction.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a little less hygienic than expected; I even spotted multiple cockroaches. On the bright side, the computerized keys were convenient for access to the rooms.
The hotel's location was terrible, it needs renovation urgently, but the price was good compared to others. The rooms were smaller than expected, not as shown in photos, and noise from outside was disturbing. The dining options were limited, and room service was late for breakfast. However, the property was suitable for families with children.
Even though the hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms, my stay was marred by disturbing noise from outside and the unwelcome presence of cockroaches in the bathroom. On the bright side, the parking was a convenient feature, especially for a Sharjah location.
The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, there was an issue with too many cockroaches that required repeated requests to be addressed. The smoking smell upon entering was a downside. However, the staff was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient with a short distance to the Bus Station. Although the hotel needed renovation, the cleaning was well maintained. The dining experience was disappointing after 9.30 AM, but the hotel offered home-made pastries. Overall, the facilities were decent.
The hotel room was small and not spacious enough, which was disappointing. Also, the rooms were not prepared as per the reservation request. However, the service was impeccable, with swift room service and helpful bell staff. The location was exceptional, ideal for families with children and within walking distance of the main museums. The dining experience, with French bread sent from room service, was a highlight despite the early timing, offering a tasty choice. The facilities were lacking, with no parking available and an uncomfortable room temperature even with the AC on.
The hotel has awesome rooms compared to other hotels; they were suitable and good. However, it was disappointing and disturbing to hear noises from outside inside the room itself, whether from guests or hotel staff. They even brought a complimentary one a day before our departure!
The hotel needs more attention in terms of preparation and accuracy with reservations; however, it offers a good location for the price. Finding parking can be challenging after 10 pm, but the hotel is situated in the center of the shopping area.
